Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your lessons. By booking a manual or automatic driving lesson with Flex Driving School, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
You must hold a valid UK provisional, full, or international driving licence. You are legally required to produce your physical licence code and share token for verification by your instructor before your very first training session starts.
You must be able to read a modern-style car number plate from a distance of 20.5 metres (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary). You must not be under the influence of any alcohol, prescription medications, or illegal drugs that could impair your driving safety.
You must give at least 48 hours' notice directly to your allocated driving instructor if you need to cancel or rearrange a scheduled lesson slot. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will legally result in the full fee being charged.
All standard driving lesson fees must be settled upfront via Cash or direct Bank Transfer. Payment must be completely cleared before any in-car practical driving instruction can begin.
Discounted block booking options (such as the Block 10 Lessons package) must be paid in full upfront during your initial booking call. Block bookings are non-refundable and must be fully utilized within 6 months of the original purchase date.
Your instructor will wait at the agreed pick-up location for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, the lesson will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full rate.
Training cars are fully insured, dual-controlled, and strictly maintained to high DVSA technical safety standards. Flex Driving School expects all pupils to treat the vehicles with respect; reckless behavior causing deliberate damage may result in lesson termination.
You should discuss and seek agreement from your instructor *before* confirming an official DVSA practical test date. Flex Driving School reserves the right to withhold the use of the training car for a test if the instructor believes the student has not yet reached a safe passing standard.
Booking a practical test require a standard minimum block fee (typically covering 2 to 3 hours) to account for the essential pre-test travel, warm-up run, examiner documentation, and the actual test duration split itself.
In the rare event of a sudden mechanical vehicle breakdown or if the DVSA cancels your practical test due to examiner illness or extreme weather conditions, Flex Driving School cannot be held financially responsible for any lost testing fees.
Flex Driving School operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of verbal abuse, physical aggression, or discriminatory behavior toward our instructors. Any such conduct will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your course without a refund.
Your personal details are handled safely in strict accordance with UK GDPR privacy standards. Flex Driving School reserves the right to alter lesson pricing tariffs or adjust these technical terms by providing a minimum of 14 days' notice to all active students.
